Reggae artiste Jah Cure or Iyah Cure was born on October 11, 1978 in Hanover, Jamaica. Cure later moved to live in Kingston where he linked up with Capleton who gave him the stage name. His big break came in March 1997 with the released of his single "King In This Jungle" a collaboration done with Sizzla. The single was produced by his mentor Beres Hammond.
